NOTE: Exhibitor spaces can be set up Wednesday evening, and must be taken down Friday evening after the conference. Spaces include a draped table and 2 chairs – or can be cleared for freestanding exhibits – prearrangement is required. Exhibit spaces will be reserved on a first-come, first served basis. Once registered, sponsor logos will be added to any remaining communications being prepared for broadcasts leading up to the conference, plus on program guides and other informational items of general interest to conference registrants. Exhibitor Sponsors must arrange lodging separately. Special room rates apply to sponsors as well as other conference participants.
